• Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By using our services, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
•Prime Dej does not store or handle your full payment card details.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
•You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
•Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
•No-shows are non-refundable.
